• We may at  times share your information with local authorities, schools or other relevant parties, where depending on what level of data is needed and if relevant, this will be shared at our discretion - all data will be treated as strictly confidential, we will ask for any party to meet our terms and conditions and privacy policy before data is shared.

• We may share information with other parents, only related to the subject at hand, whether that be an after school club or holiday club, if you do not wish to have any information shared for any reason, please see further below on how to do this.

If any data is shared with you, you must keep this strictly confidential and you must not share it with any other individual/organisation or third party.
