General Terms and Conditions

"We", "Our" and "Us" refer to Infinity Sports Coaching wherever written.

"You", "Them", "Your" "Yourself" refers to our customer/customer and their children.

Please read our Terms and Conditions;

Using any of our services and booking on to any of our courses means you have read, understood, adhere to and accept our Terms and Conditions;


1)  -

1.1) Booking any of our services means you accept and agree to the Terms and Conditions set out on this document.

1.2) Booking any of our services means you also accept and agree to any additional Terms and Conditions set out and sent to you via electronically or physically.

1.3) All agreements relating to the delivery of sessions, lessons and activities either supplied to You, the child/children or directly to yourself or your staff, colleagues or relatives are subject to these Terms and Conditions or to any additional Terms and Conditions sent out to you electronically or physically.

1.4) Our terms and conditions will be acknowledged and accepted by all parties, particularly you, upon booking and payment of fees. 

1.5) Where ever possible, we will endeavour to supply you with a copy of these or any additional Terms and Conditions we have set out.


2) -

2.1) Confirmation of a child’s booking on a term-time course does not automatically enrol them for the whole of the academic school year, re-enrolments will be given out at the end of each term and parents/guardians will need to re-enrol each child. Spaces in each age group are limited therefore bookings are taken on a first come first serve basis.

2.2) If your booking cannot be accepted by Us for any reason, we will aim to contact you within 48 hours of the original booking.

2.3) We reserve the right to cancel any session, however we will endeavour to contact you within 24 hours of the scheduled session that is to be cancelled, please see note 3.1 for further details.

2.4) All course fees must be paid in advance and are usually non-refundable, unless we deem it fit to refund.***


3) - Cancellations:

3.1) Cancellation by Infinity Sports Coaching: 

3.1.1) (Schools) - Should we no decide to cancel any of our services - we will give you as much notice as possible. In emergency circumstances we will endeavour to give you 24 hours notice of cancellation.

3.1.2) (Parents) - We reserve the right to cancel or postpone any session for any reason. In the event of a cancellation one of the following will occur: 

A) an alternative session will be offered in lieu

B) a credit note will be issued **

C) or in some instances a refund will be given.***

3.2) Cancellation by Customer: 

3.2.1) - (Schools) Should you no longer require our services - we will require a full school term notice of any cancellation, no matter the services we are providing you.

3.2.2) - (Parents) Should a child no longer be able to participate in an Infinity Sports Coaching course due to illness or injury a credit note will be issued only upon receipt of GP/hospital letter confirming injury.

Credit notes will not be issued for any of the stated reasons below (A, B & C); unless Infinity Sports Coaching re-sells the child’s place upon which we shall issue the customer with a credit note.  Please Note: a £15 administration fee may apply.

A) A change in the parents or child’s decision to take part in the course.

B) A change in the family’s holiday schedule.

C) We have been notified with less than 72 hours of the session starting.


3.3) Cancellation by School or Venue: The facilities reserve the right to cancel or postpone any session for any reason. In the event of a cancellation of this manner an alternative session will be offered in lieu or a credit note will be issued.

3.4) Cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances: if sessions are cancelled due to a school or venue being closed due to unforeseen circumstances (for example but not limited to; Weather- snow days, boiler issues, shortness of site staff) then no alternative sessions will be offered in lieu and no credit notes will be issued.


4) -

4.1) All Our coaches hold relative qualifications and are approved and police checked through the criminal records bureau.


5) - 

5.1) In respect of any reduced costs on course fees due to a sale or special offer the price will expire on the given deadline and revert to our standard course fees


6) -

6.1) Infinity Sports Coaching representatives or staff do not accept any responsibility or liability in respect of any loss or damage to personal property or effects.


7) - 

7.1) Infinity Sports Coaching representatives or staff will only take responsibility of your child during the commencement of the session, after school club course, holiday course or training session - we will not take responsibility before a predetermined time as set out in individual session timings or added terms and conditions.


8) -

8.1) Late Pick ups: Infinity Sports Coaching staff will wait with your child/children upon pick up for up to 10 minutes post session, a fee will be charged if this becomes a regular occurrence, this will be charged at £15 per half hour (with a minimum fee of £15).

Schools and venues will have an internal procedure for late pick ups, (i.e a later finishing after school club) if so, your child will be taken to the club and a fee will be charged by the school - you may at times incur fees from us on top of the fees charged by school in these instances if you do not inform us in advance.

Exemptions; please tell us in advance if your child is to be taken to a later After school club, to avoid being charged our late pick up fees and fees to the School.


9) -

9.1) Late payments or failure to pay for parents : It is the parents responsibility to pay for sessions, this is to be done before the first booking, if this is missed we will be in contact via email/text/phone - if your child has started one of our sessions or courses and we fail to get a response after our first attempt of contacting you an Invoice will be sent for the full cost plus an admin fee of £15.

Each additional invoice will incur a further £25 admin fee.


10) - 

10.1) Late payments or failure to pay for Schools/Venues: It is the responsibility of the School/Venue to pay for sessions, this is to be done before the expiration date on the Invoice we will send you, if this is missed we will be in contact via email/text/phone - if we fail to get a response after our first attempt of contacting you a 2nd Invoice will be sent for the full cost plus an admin fee of £25, each invoice sent after this will incur an additional admin fee of £25.


11) -

11.1)  Infinity Sports Coaching staff will adhere to school and venue policies where ever possible, this is limited to any procedures that contradict our policies.


12) - 

12.1) Infinity Sports Coaching reserves the right to exclude any child whose behaviour we deem inappropriate.


13) -

13.1) On occasions, Infinity Sports Coaching or their representative may take group photographs for promotional purposes only, if you wish for your child/children not to be used, please inform us immediately,  we will always seek permission prior to taking photos/video footage at sessions.


14) - Data Collection:

14.1) The details provided on our booking forms will be held on file for Infinity Sports Coaching administration purposes only, these details will be held for up to 6 years and securely disposed of after expiration.

14.2) When booking on to our courses, you give us permission/consent to process the information you have shared with us.

14.3) When booking on to our courses, you give us permission/consent to share your information/childs information with relevant third parties, this is only shared for relevant reasons to which can be disclosed to you, at your request - this includes but not limited to:

You can retract your consent/permission at any time for the purposes of direct marketing purposes, however sharing of information with other parties will be limited by lawfulness, to which may help but not limited to towards safeguarding of individuals.

**We will automatically credit your account if a session is cancelled if we cannot offer you an alternative course, alternatively, you may request a full refund, to do this you must write to or send us an email within 30 days from the date on the original credit note. Credit notes will expire on the 12 month anniversary of it's original issue date; 

***Please Note: a £15 administration fee will apply to any refund requests: refund requests must be made within 30 days, refund requests after this date will occur an additional admin fee of £15.
